On Saturday 28 July, close to 30 guests attended an exciting dinner where we paired cool-climate Great Southern wines with signature Sze Chuan and Cantonese dishes from the famed Si Chuan Dou Huat restaurant at Parkroyal on Kitchener Road.
It was an evening of story-telling from experiences on the vineyard, interesting pairings, new friendships, and certainly, lots of laughters! We also had the pleasure of Executive Chef Leung Wing Chung personally presenting the dishes to us and the opportunity to share our delight and feedback directly to him.
